Legal Assistant - Multiple Practice Groups

About :

Seeking a proactive and organized Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple practice groups, including white-collar litigation, healthcare fraud, and commercial litigation as primary areas, with additional support for product liability, insurance defense, and employment law. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a diverse range of complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize case files, documents, and pleadings for multiple practice areas
• Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents, briefs, and discovery materials
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, court dates, depositions, and conferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties
• Maintain and track deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses
• Support administrative functions such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and deposition summaries
• Perform legal research as directed and support attorney case strategies
