Overview
The Associate Vice President of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a senior technology leader responsible for establishing and driving the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and execution of identity, authentication, and access management capabilities. This role ensures that digital identities, privileged accounts, and access rights are managed securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The AVP leads the design and implementation of scalable IAM solutions, including single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), role-based access controls (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management. Partnering with business leaders, security, compliance, and IT teams, the AVP balances security with user experience to ensure environments are secure and meet regulatory requirements.
This leader oversees IAM operations, technology selection, and vendor management while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in access controls. The AVP also plays a critical role in risk management, audit readiness, and incident response related to identity and access.

This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area.
