We are currently seeking a top notch individual to join our Corporate Office Payroll Department in Tucson, Arizona.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Data entry of employee payroll and benefit information including time sheets, new hires, deductions, direct deposit, address changes etc. as well as entry into various benefit carrier websites
• Produce, file and balance various payroll reports
• Benefit uploads to vendors
• Respectful interaction with employee's resolving any payroll and benefit issues
• New hire benefit enrollments
• Sharing of responsibility for backup coverage to the Payroll / Benefits department when needed
• Maintain employee confidence and confidentiality
• Various additional tasks as assigned
