Cheese because our people are the best of the best. As an Assistant Manager , you'll help lead a team committed to making sure "every guest leaves happy." Job Responsibilities :

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through each over time :
• The Kitchen – manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking, and other menu items.
• Sales – oversee the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop. Monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability. Ensure quality of Salad Bar and prep procedures.
• Showroom – lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize bookings, and optimize seating.
• Gameroom – partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment condition, analyze gameplay data, and keep the area guest-ready.
