This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team during an exciting time of growth and transformation. As we navigate a merger and consolidate multiple commission systems and plans, you'll play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions using Xactly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with a leading commissions software platform and learn how scalable compensation structures are built and optimized during a merger.

Specific responsibilities include :

Proactive, self-starting, and independent with a strong focus on finding solutions, not just identifying problems ("resolver" mentality).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel

Strong written and verbal communication

Curiosity and willingness to learn SaaS tools like Xactly

Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have :

The salary range for this position is $55k-$65k based on experience.
