Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do :
The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in all Accounts Payable (AP) functions with an increased focus on corporate credit cards, reconciliations, system implementations and integrations for all global subsidiaries. Responsibilities include : receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices; reviewing employee expense reports; assisting in managing corporate credit card and virtual card programs; reviewing entries processed through third party vendor Teoco; providing supporting documentation for audit requests; cross-functional team work on special projects; reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger; completing month / quarter end close tasks; performing analysis on aged payable accounts; and ensuring consistent application of AP policies across all subsidiaries.
What You Need :
To qualify, you need a bachelor's degree in accounting and / or related field, 3-5 years of previous experience in accounting, previous experience with multiple subsidiaries and currencies as well as NetSuite preferred. Intermediate Excel skills, analytical, detail-oriented and organizational skills are also required. You must be able to multitask on a day to day basis, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Data entry, analysis, problem solving, and reporting skills are needed. A positive attitude and desire to work in a fun, hardworking company where your output counts and is immediately visible and recognized are also important.
