Harris Hands Community Services, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional / Driver for our Without Walls Day / Supplemental Habilitation Programs. The ideal candidate must be reliable and maintain a positive and professional attitude while fostering a supportive environment, and enjoy supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. They must document provided services accurately and efficiently, and utilize Computer skills to enter data into the online database system (Therap).

Qualifications for this position must include :

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must pass all four OPWDD background tests
• Must have NYS Driver's License
• Must be able to drive a 15-passenger van, with five years of experience driving a van
• Must be creative, a team player, flexible, have conflict resolution skills, and be able to complete paperwork on time.

There is no overnight shift available. Employees may be asked to work mandatory overtime. Serious inquiries only.
