Volumetric Division Operations Manager
As the Volumetric Division Operations Manager at CL Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our volumetric site-based concrete production operations.
This includes supervising the production process, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental protocols, enhancing efficiency, and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Volumetric Division production operations, ensuring seamless production and delivery of high-quality concrete products.
- Supervise and motivate a team of operators, drivers, and support staff, creating a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to guarantee the consistency and quality of the volumetric concrete products.
- Oversee routine maintenance schedules for plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, keeping up to date on industry changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Manage raw material inventories to meet production demands while minimizing waste and excess stock.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ready-mix concrete operations a plus
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
