A company is looking for an Overnight Care Advocate Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member experiences through inbound / outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center
Act as a patient advocate, resolving issues and connecting members with appropriate internal resources
Utilize technology to assist members in navigating their healthcare needs and ensure timely follow-up
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work overnight shifts and at least one weekend day per week
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
