District Sales Manager (California)

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a District Sales Manager to join our team in a field position . The District Sales Manager will be responsible for covering the Northern California territory for Yamaha Golf Car Group. In this position, they will provide organized sales efforts to golf facilities and represent Yamaha in the local PGA section events, National Golf Shows and education seminars. Requires an outstanding self-motivated individual with great communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

What you’ll be doing :

• Efficiently schedule, coordinate and work with key decision makers at both current Yamaha Accounts, as well as competitive accounts, to continue to grow Yamaha’s Market-Share and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain current Yamaha business, as well targeting and closing new fleet business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process from the initial lead generation, through the Sales Presentation & Demonstration of the car, composition of the Proposal, guidance through Leasing Approval, and Delivery / Set-Up of the New Fleet.
• Participate in the local PGA Section events, seminars, etc, to help further expose the Yamaha brand.
• Provide reports as needed, manage SalesForce, records, and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to provide a high level of service.

What’s in it for you :

Pay : $57,820 to $105,810

Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha’s Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
