Position : Bilingual Admin

Join our dynamic healthcare team and make a difference by working with the immigrant population.

Role Overview :

• Distribute personal hygiene items, meals, and other essentials to patients and clients.
• Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements for clients and patients.
• Be the welcoming face for patients entering the vaccination site, greeting and guiding them through the process.
• Manage vaccine appointments using our Healthpoint system, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local rules.
• Work closely with the site supervisor to create an efficient schedule and oversee appointment monitoring.
• Handle shipment tracking data entry with our RRT data team.
• Participate in performance improvement training and assist with daily setup and cleanup.
• Maintain confidentiality and strive for a positive work environment.
