Role Overview

Data & Market Intelligence Manager is a key member in Metergy's growth in the United States. This role bridges analytics and business insight - uncovering market trends, pricing opportunities, and portfolio performance to guide strategic decisions. The analyst will translate data into actionable recommendations that position Metergy to move forward on a fast-growth trajectory with precision, confidence, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Market & Portfolio Analysis : Identify trends and opportunities across Metergy's current footprint to support market expansion, pricing strategy, and growth planning.
• Financial & Sales Insight : Build data-driven narratives for client and sales meetings, leveraging internal and external benchmarks to highlight ROI, performance, and competitive position.
• Modeling & Forecasting : Develop and maintain financial and operational models that evaluate pricing, penetration, and revenue scenarios.
• Data Infrastructure & Reporting : Create, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to improve visibility across teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to align analytics with business goals and ensure consistent use of insights.
• Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies in data collection, visualization, and reporting processes; propose improvements to enhance scalability.

Qualifications :

$110,000 - $130,000 a year
