Install, maintain, and de-commission network and power cabling
Install, configure, and maintain server OS (Linux and Windows) and network switches (Arista and Dell)
Trouble shoot server and network hardware and software
Monitor, respond to, and update SDE SysOp Jira ticketing system for data center support requests, including participating in daily stand-up to review ticket priorities
Update datacenter Wiki, DCIM, and other administrative tools.
Assist with maintaining and updating inventory of datacenter equipment, components, and consumables
Handle shipping and receiving of data center equipment, including packing, palletizing, and preparing shipping documents
Assist in maintaining cleaning and organizing the data center and storage area as needed.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs of equipment.
Knowledge and experience to A+ certification.
