ALSO is looking for a Vehicle Homologation Engineer to play a key role in developing and leading the reliability of multiple electric micro-mobility vehicles over the full development cycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead the creation and integration of product Homologation programs and ensure their success.
• Provide guidance and education to teammates on domestic and international regulations, certification requirements and new regulatory standards.
• Generate product documentation required to satisfy certification by collaborating with product and design teams, suppliers, third-party test houses and test engineers.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, schematics and requirements.
• Participate in specification and design reviews to ensure they will meet necessary regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and oversee in-house and third-party regulatory testing.
• Develop expertise in existing and upcoming mobility regulations.
• Assist in homologation program management to prepare for future regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain a homologation roadmap aligned with product timelines and market launch plans.
• Work with design and engineering teams to ensure early integration of regulatory requirements in the product development lifecycle.

What You Will Bring

The salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $225,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
