Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for your patients.
- Clinical Management : Be the guiding hand in your patient's healthcare journey.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments.
- Skillfully administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Foster open communication with family members and collaborate seamlessly with the patient's multi-disciplinary team.
- Expertly handle emergency situations.
Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
- Active New York LPN license in good standing.
- Current BLS / CPR certification.
- Secure malpractice insurance coverage ranging from $1 million to $6 million.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
