Position Overview
The Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, maintaining quality standards across delivery and warehouse operations, and ensuring consistent performance within the SwiftX network. This role is key to fostering operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Training Program Development & Implementation
- Design and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans aligned with company goals and quality standards.
- Define training content, methods, and delivery formats (classroom, on-site, and virtual).
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding training for new fleet partners and warehouse staff.
Employee & Partner Development
Conduct quality-awareness and operational training for in-service employees and DSP partners.Track and document all training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.Maintain and update training archives and certification records.Quality Assurance & Performance Evaluation
Develop and refine quality control procedures and performance assessment standards.Perform regular quality audits and inspections across departments and partner operations.Provide timely feedback and corrective recommendations for non-compliance or underperformance.Work with department leads to implement corrective and preventive actions.Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Monitor key quality metrics and identify areas for process enhancement.Prepare periodic reports on training effectiveness, audit results, and improvement initiatives.Support cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.Benefits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, training, or operations within the logistics, transportation, or warehouse sector.Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement practices.Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.Experience with DSP operations or last-mile logistics preferred.Why Join SwiftX
