Due to this growth, we are currently hiring for a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Associate in our Volkswagen New and Used Car Sales departments. $50,000 - $100,000 expected first year salary - commission based so the earning potential is outstanding.

Auto Sales Representative Duties

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles by appointment and to walk-in prospective clients. You will assist customers throughout every stage of their auto purchase and ensure that they find the vehicle that is right for them. As part of the process, you will work with each client to determine their needs and find the vehicle that works best for them. You will need to maintain an excellent knowledge of all Volkswagen vehicles, features and accessories available, in order to help them pick or build the best fit for them. Throughout the process, you will demonstrate that you understand that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships, and you will provide first-rate customer service to not only make the first sale but also ensure repeat business for years to come.

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, approachable individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges.

The ideal Automotive Sales Representative will also have :

• Proven track record in sales; auto sales experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work on commission
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong follow-through skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills
