I'm looking for an AI Scientist for an exciting AI / Digital Healthcare company. You'll be responsible for advancing language translation capabilities using state-of-the-art AI techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both NLP and deep learning techniques, with the ability to design and implement novel solutions.
Key Skills and Responsibilities :
- Solid knowledge of DL / ML / NLP / IE technologies.
- Experience using deep learning frameworks for language-related tasks.
- Deep knowledge of and practical experience with designing novel sequential and transformer neural network architectures as well as transfer learning and tuning of pretrained models.
- Practical experience in designing systems to improve performance of DL / ML models using human feedback.
- Publications in scientific journals and / or conferences.
- Solid programming skills, including writing production-level code.
- Knowledge of linguistic concepts and translation theory, including syntactic and semantic analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills & Attributes :
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science
- Solid knowledge of DL / MLNLP / IE Technologies
- Deep knowledge of and practical experience with designing novel sequential and transformer neural network architectures as well as transfer learning and tuning of LLMs and other pretrained models
- Experience in creating custom training datasets, including data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation.
Nice to have :
- Experience with applying NLP techniques to unstructured medical sources
- Knowledge of biomedical ontologies, terminology, and controlled vocabularies.
