We are seeking a Nutrition Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity in Oak Park, IL. The Nutrition Specialist will be the primary contact for nutrition site visitors, supporting daily operations through visitor services, kitchen operations, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome / check-in visitors and manage tracking systems
• Handle nutrition department phones, registrations, and hotlines
• Onboard new participants and maintain program files
• Data entry across multiple systems (CMIS, Excel, MySenior Center, AgingIS)
• Monitor kitchen supplies, assist with meal prep / service / cleanup
• Support all nutrition-related programs and maintain information materials
