Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, from kick-off through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build interview plans
Proactively source and engage candidates using various platforms
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote or high-growth environment
Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering quality experiences
Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other job boards
Comfortable using recruiting analytics to inform decisions and communicate pipeline health
