Job descriptionFull-time position Consistent schedule with potential for occasional on-call or weekends Opportunity for flexibility based on business needs Valid driver's license & clean driving record Able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform manual labor Compassionate, respectful, and professional with grieving families Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience in veterinary, animal care, or cremation services preferred (not required) Knowledge of safety protocols a plus Compensation : $20-$23 Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive and collaborative team environment Well-equipped, clean, and modern facility Training and growth opportunities

Pet Crematorium Operator / Driver – VetnCare

The Role
- Safely transport deceased pets from veterinary hospitals and private homes
- Operate cremation equipment with care and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records and issue cremation certificates
- Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Clean and maintain equipment and facility
- Communicate compassionately with pet owners and veterinary teams
- Assist with memorialization options and supply inventory
