Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Medical Director located in Bethesda, MD. The Site Medical Director will oversee the daily operations of the office, lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure the highest standards of care, and work closely with physicians and other clinical staff. Responsibilities include managing patient care, implementing evidence-based treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with the operational team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Board certification in a relevant specialty
• Experience in outpatient mental health or innovative treatment modalities is advantageous
