Contract Description : Independent Field Auto Estimator at Alacrity Solutions. Auto Estimators verify and provide electronic estimates on the cost of repairs for automobiles. Estimators review each assignment by speaking with the owner or representative, researching records, and inspecting involved property to satisfy client and / or claimant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and effectively handle assignments through conclusion, making decisions within delegated authority per client policies and procedures.
• Plan and navigate daily routes efficiently using provided tools to support quicker inspections and appraisals.
• Inspect vehicles from all angles (interior and exterior) and establish repair requirements and cost estimates for losses.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience to internal and external clients.
• Meet cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Identify potential and questionable damages and communicate findings with the client.
• Maintain professional appearance and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Working Conditions

100% travel within the designated territory based on assignment locations. Normal office or field environment. Ability to operate a motor vehicle up to 8 hours daily, conduct inspections outdoors in all weather, and work irregular hours including possible overnight travel for catastrophic events.
