Controls Engineer / Ignition — Blaine, MN | Direct Hire | $95k — $135K DOQ

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to program and support customized control systems for industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. This role involves PLC programming, developing HMI / SCADA graphics (including Ignition SCADA, Wonderware, and RSView), and delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements. You will troubleshoot, problem-solve, and serve as a key point of contact for training team members and customers, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and configure PLCs and HMIs for refrigeration control systems
• Design and develop custom user interface graphics using Ignition SCADA, Wonderware, and RSView
• Troubleshoot control systems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Train internal teams and customers on system operation and functionality
• Provide ongoing technical support for assigned projects
