Director of Technical Program Delivery

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Program Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

Define and manage delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs to measure program health and performance

Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of technical delivery managers and delivery specialists

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs or delivery portfolios, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or government contracting environments

Proven success managing cross-functional delivery teams across software engineering, data, and infrastructure

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies

Experience managing client relationships within federal programs (CMS, VA, DoD preferred)

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
