Responsibilities
- Arrange travel accommodations, hotel reservations, and related logistics.
- Manage the VISA and passport process for all contractors.
- Assist the USA HR with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR Information System (HRIS).
- Conduct data maintenance and tracking using spreadsheets.
- Review potential candidates' resumes.
- Update job descriptions and resumes to comply with company formats.
- Provide policies for banking information, invoicing, travel expenses, and timesheets.
- Gather and revise timesheets.
- Track mobility of personnel.
- Follow up with vendors for payments (hotels and services outside of the platform).
- Draft and provide invitation and employment letters.
- Travel to different sites when required.
- Follow up on updates for International SOS insurance.
- Monitor and follow up with Mobility and Human Resources procedures and policy updates.
Qualifications
- Technical or university degree in admin, ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR administrative position (HR degree and / or certification).
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledge of handling different programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media and networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).
