Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Make high volume outbound calls to enroll patients and provide information about services

Achieve member enrollment goals based on company KPIs

Document interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers and organizations

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English

Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm CT

Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
