Technical Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary :

  • Engage with clients to facilitate software subscription renewals.
  • Keep customers informed through order acknowledgments and provide regular updates on their service requests.
  • Add, change, and maintain customer records in our CRM system (NetSuite) and other software platforms like Salesforce.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and direct them to the appropriate team or resource within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members across different functions, including order management and subscription services, providing cross-functional support as needed.
  • Participate in various special projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of client support or business experience, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and experience with CRM and ERP software (NetSuite and Salesforce, or similar).
  • Exceptional ability to handle and resolve customer issues efficiently, knowing when and how to escalate to technical teams.
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative work style.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and understand client needs.
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • A great personality is key, as this role involves a significant amount of customer-facing interaction. We are looking for a go-getter who can build and maintain strong client relationships.
