The Opportunity : Be Our Foundational Sales Hire
You’ll be the architect of our sales division, working directly with the company owner to build the sales playbook, target key accounts, and drive our expansion. We’re seeking a “hunter” who is tired of red tape and wants autonomy to sell, build, and win.
What You Will Be Doing
- Hunt : Proactively identify, target, and hunt new business opportunities for cooling tower and fume scrubber service contracts.
- Close : Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and site walk‑throughs to presenting technical service proposals and closing agreements with Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, and Property Owners.
- Build : Co‑develop the sales process, master and optimize our existing CRM, and establish the playbook for all future sales hires.
- Partner : Work directly with the Owner and Operations Manager to develop strategy, quote complex jobs, and ensure a seamless handoff for new clients.
What We Are Looking For (The "Must‑Haves")
This role requires a proven sales professional, not a trainee.
3+ Years of Outside Sales Experience : Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the commercial / industrial HVAC, mechanical services, or building systems maintenance industry.A "Hunter" Mentality : Self‑starter who can build a pipeline from scratch and thrives on the win.Technical Fluency : Ability to talk shop with a Chief Engineer and understand the basics of cooling towers, fume scrubbers, and related mechanical systems.Technological Proficiency : Must be highly proficient with CRM systems and the Google suite. This is non‑negotiable.Experience Selling to : Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and Building Owners.Compensation & Perks : The "Why"
