Executive Assistant II
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Director of Finance for a significant project. This role requires a strong focus on execution and involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. The position demands ensuring appropriate urgency in handling tasks, monitoring and tracking meeting priorities and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary, and managing travel and expenses. Additionally, the role involves documentation follow-up and preparation for the executive, ensuring timely action on deliverables.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00 / hr.
