Front Desk & Retail Associate

Job Description :

As a Guest Care and Retail Associate at Urban Nirvana, your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing administrative and operational duties. These include, but are not limited to :

• Warmly greeting and assisting all incoming clients.
• Managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Overseeing the appointment schedule, including client check-ins and check-outs, and resolving issues such as late arrivals or missed appointments.
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of our retail products to effectively assist clients.
• Maintaining the clean and fresh environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.
• Booking appointments and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assisting shoppers with retail inquiries and purchases.
