Qualifications / Requirements :
3+ years experience as Catering Chef or Banquet Chef in fine dining, scratch kitchen hotels or event venuesProgressive tenure in back-of-house operations with an affinity for fine dining, menu development, and scratch kitchen conceptsExpertise in managing catering operations exceeding $1M annually or more than 350 events per yearExceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of retaining and promoting from withinStrong knowledge of managing high-volume kitchen production and event execution, time management, food safety and compliance, and team leadership
