Job description3+ years experience as Catering Chef or Banquet Chef in fine dining, scratch kitchen hotels or event venues Progressive tenure in back-of-house operations with an affinity for fine dining, menu development, and scratch kitchen concepts Expertise in managing catering operations exceeding $1M annually or more than 350 events per year Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of retaining and promoting from within Strong knowledge of managing high-volume kitchen production and event execution, time management, food safety and compliance, and team leadership
