Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce enterprise-wide standards for media planning, buying, activation, and measurement
Oversee the paid media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and performance management
Act as the primary point of escalation for performance issues and foster collaboration among stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in US agency management, with a focus on large-scale media budgets
Expertise in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
In-depth knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic and paid search
Proven experience managing relationships with media agencies and negotiating performance terms
