FINRA Licensed Premier Service Associate

A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls

Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations

Deliver a responsive client experience by providing accurate information and proactive follow-up

Required Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required

2+ years of financial customer service experience

Strong understanding of operational and investment needs of customers

Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
