We are seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher to join our team! As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum.

Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote the overall development of children
• Create engaging and simulating learning activates, including art, music, storytelling, imaginative play, and group activities, to enhance children's cognitive and social skills.
• Observe and assess children's progress, behaviors, and milestones, maintaining records and sharing observations with parents / guardians to support individualized learning and development plans.
• Assist children with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and diaper changes ensuring their needs are met with care and sensitivity
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents / guardians, providing updates on their child's activities, progress and any concerns or achievements
• Implement behavior management strategies and promote positive social interactions among children
• Attend professional development opportunities and stay updated on current trends and research in early childhood education
• Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
• Report and document behavioral incidents

Qualifications :

• Associate's and / or Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification
• Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is advantageous
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
