Ohio Workers Compensation Attorney
Job Title : Workers' Compensation Attorney (open to all levels of applicants)
Job Location : Columbus, OH (on site training, remote after training period)
Salary : $70K-$130K+ commensurate with level and experience
Requirements : JD, Worker's Comp, Admission to OH Bar
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses / demands, responses to Court Orders
- Appear in Court, handle arbitrations / mediations, trial preparation
What You Need for this Position
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to Ohio Bar
- Experience handling worker's comp cases
