Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Client Success in healthcare SaaS
3+ years of experience managing a client-facing or consulting team
Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, particularly in Perioperative Services and Patient Flow
Expertise in navigating complex health system structures and decision-making processes
Demonstrated experience in competitive selling against EMR vendors
