General Logistics
In this position your focus will be to increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving, shipping, consolidating, and storing materials, as well as picking and packing orders for shipments. The General Logistics position will also be responsible for inventory management. The General Logistics position reports to the Service Data Processing Team Leader and works in close collaboration with the Repair Center Team.
Task and Responsibilities
- Perform basic material handling tasks, to include receiving and shipping products, order picking, internal movement of materials and / or products
- Maintenance and housekeeping according to workflow, such as recycling goods according to company guidelines
- Refilling of general supplies and consumables as needed
- Serves as liaison between external vendors and / or internal departments relating to inbound and / or outbound goods
- Various other duties as required by the department
