Allied Universal is hiring a General Manager. The General Manager collaborates with the Regional Vice President to oversee employees and operational activities at one or more branch security locations and client sites. As a leader, you will drive profitable business growth by providing world class service to clients in various vertical markets like healthcare, commercial real estate, government, and hospitality. Aligning with our iCARE Leadership approach, you will be a guide on our journey to be an employer of choice in the service industry by fostering an exceptional employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Steer a fast-growing branch at the forefront of industrial, healthcare, and distribution security.

• Lead strategic operations and drive innovation in a thriving, high-growth environment .
• South Chicagoland territory from Roosevelt Road to Kankakee, IL, extending east into Northwest Indiana.
