Responsibilities

• Agile : 5+ years of extensive experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and demonstrated success in leading agile transformations and managing large-scale projects or programs.

• Collaboration : 3+ years showing ability to collaborate effectively across large departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
• Change Management : 3+ years using change management principles and practices to facilitate organizational transitions and ensure sustainable, on-time execution.
