Objective / Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate activities of workers engaged in packaging, blending, and pulverizing of products and materials for storage and shipment. Fulfills management and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, applicable laws, and regulations.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.

Leadership :

• Interviewing employees
• Review schedules to plan, assign, and direct work for employees and equipment
• Generate and conduct yearly employee evaluations
• Reward and discipline employees
• Review and approve timesheets and PTO requests
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Performs activities of workers supervised
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of departmental activities and documents
• Inspects products prior to packaging
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
