This role will focus on updating and maintaining assembly prints, developing assembly and product-use instructions, as well as assisting with the development of new products. This position will collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth execution of designs.This position is based in West Alexandria, Ohio and requires that all employees are onsite and within a reasonable commuting distance. Please note relocation assistance is not available for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain assembly prints and documentation for accuracy and clarity.Develop and improve assembly instructions and product-use instructions to support production and customer success.Improve existing designs for quality, manufacturability, and efficiency.Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure design intent is effectively translated into manufacturing processes.Utilize SolidWorks and MRP systems to manage product and process documentation.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and production teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Skills & Experience3 to 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related role.Proficiency in 3D CAD, SolidWorks preferred.
