IT Business Systems Analyst Lead

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the BA team in delivering user and functional requirements, including documentation and design

Gather and analyze data to support business cases and system requirements, ensuring comprehensive testing

Coordinate projects from development through implementation, collaborating with IT teams, clients, and vendors

Required Qualifications :

College degree, preferably a B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a clinical focus

10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry

Experience with Salesforce, Healthcloud, and Virsys12 is a plus

Knowledge of Workers' Compensation or healthcare provider administration practices

Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, database structures, and the Software Development Life Cycle
