Manager, L&D Program Management
The Manager, L&D Program Management is responsible for the seamless execution, facilitation, and operational excellence of key learning and development programs. Acting as the primary learning partner for assigned client groups, this role oversees the logistics, scheduling, and delivery of both virtual and in-person learning sessions. This role oversees a diverse portfolio of initiatives, ensuring operational excellence in facilitation, delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders to address immediate learning needs, ensure engaging learner experiences, and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Design and develop learning programs that align with business objectives, creating a blueprint for development and delivery that addresses specific learner needs.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Lead the creation and customization of learning content, ensuring it aligns with the learner experience and is optimized for program objectives.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support the development of the learning and development strategy, contributing to decision-making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization.
Expected Qualifications :
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Qualification :
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills (in-person and virtual).Experience managing learning program logistics and supporting enterprise programsDemonstrated ability to consult and influence across stakeholder groupsFamiliarity with learning technologies and platforms
