About the Role :

The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This position is responsible for managing the company's cash flow by tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies. The associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities :

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
