• Key Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; relevant experience might be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in commissioning mechanical systems, specifically for data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency with mechanical systems such as HVAC, chilled water systems, and airflow management.
• Familiar with industry guidelines, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA.
• Experience startup / commissioning of switchgear, ATS, UPS, PDU, transformers, generators a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently.
• Proficient in commissioning and project management tools like Cx Alloy, Bluebeam, or Procore.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various project environments.
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Competitive salary range up to $150,000, based on experience and location.
• Robust health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD / STD, and life insurance.
• 15 days of PTO (prorated) and 8 paid holidays.
