As a Technical Program Manager for a Data Center team, you will assist in leading new product initiatives from concept through design and integration phases. You'll manage new product introduction programs, ensuring readiness for deployment across complex environments. This includes coordinating construction timelines, supply chain dependencies, and vendor deliverables to achieve seamless implementation. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and accelerate ramp-up times. This role involves data analysis, capacity planning, and ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively. You'll serve as a central point of communication between stakeholders, driving alignment and execution for "tech insertion" projects.

Skills and Requirements :

• 510 years of experience in Technical Program Management or aligning roles.
• Proven experience in product development and new product introduction for infrastructure or hardware systems.
• Strong understanding of construction timelines / site readiness & supply chain dependencies for large-scale deployments.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and manage complex interdependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel / GSheets dashboards, etc.).
• Background in data centers.
• Experience with industrial engineering and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and dependencies.
• Strong analytical skills for operational optimization.
