Accounts Receivable Specialist

Looking to take your healthcare billing career to the next level? This role offers the chance to join a fast-paced team handling medical billing, insurance collections, payment posting, and reimbursement for medical devices and healthcare services.

In this role, you'll :

• Post and reconcile EFT, credit card, ACH, check, and insurance payments
• Manage claims from submission through appeals, resubmissions, and resolution
• Work with insurance companies and patients to resolve discrepancies and overturn denied claims
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations while delivering excellent service

We're looking for someone with experience in medical billing / collections, healthcare reimbursement, and patient financing-plus strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to problem solve in a collaborative environment.
