Job Description

As a Security Officer - Front Desk Patrol in Mount Pleasant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing a welcoming presence while assisting with access control and responding to inquiries. Your role will involve monitoring entry points, maintaining detailed logs, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone who enters the building. By remaining visible and attentive, you help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a positive environment. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
