Payment Operations Manager

- Ensure proper functioning of payment methods and escalate issues when needed;
- Monitor acceptance rates and decide which payment methods to enable / disable and how to distribute volumes;
- Maintain sufficient balances for withdrawals and top-ups, and analyze the cost efficiency of each method;
- Develop contingency and emergency plans;
- Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for support teams;
- Provide regular payment activity reports;
- Assist with integrating new payment providers / methods;
- Suggest improvements to payment flows and user experience;
- Handle requests from customer support;
- Test new payment method integrations and deployments;
- Collaborate with BI to enhance reporting and track key business metrics.
We need your professional experience :
2+ years as a billing / payments manager / specialist in online payments (iGaming industry is preferable);Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial / transactional information;Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.We appreciate if you have those personal features :
